A1: We work at our own factory which is located in Shenzhen, China .

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A2: After the price confirmation, we are always happy to send you samples to check our quality,you just need to pay the express freight.

Q3. What’s the information should I let you know if I want to get a full quotation?

A3: We generally need below information to quote:

• Material
• Size
• Thickness
• Printing colors
• Quantity

Q4. When we create our own artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?

A4: Please try to send the format of AI, PDF,CDR or PSD with high definition and separated layers files.

Q5: What is your MOQ of custom made bags?

A5: Normally our MOQ is 10,000pcs but we could also make the products for you if your quantity doesn’t reach our MOQ. The price is depends on the quantity of you order and the size of you bag.
